Expected Outcomes
1. Participants will have a significantly better understanding of what the components of church health and the relationship between these essentials.
2. Participant leadership teams will understand the “decision-making diamond” and will have practiced using it to work through one of the decisions they are facing.
3. Participants will increase their abilities to master conflict in their organization and will understand where this fits in the complexity of church ministry and leadership.
4. Participants will be given three specific tools to use in mastering conflict: 1) a brief but fairly comprehensive conflict assessment tool, 2) a Conflict Style Assessment, and 3) an easy to remember conflict resolution process.
5. Participants will have worked through an issue causing stress to the point of preliminary resolution and will walk away with a simple plan they can use to complete the resolution process.
